I don’t even know if anyone’s reading these lol.
Challenge: Eat Nothing But Raw Fruits, Vegetables, nuts and seeds for a whole 30 days and document any changes.
It always amazes me how quickly time flies. We’re already almost 2 weeks into January which means new years eve was almost 2 whole weeks ago!
That’s why the most important thing to implement into your business habits is persistence.
Almost 90% of people will give up after a week of commitment to something. Be the 10% that can go beyond and the 1% that go even further to the point of breakthrough.
That’s why even though this challenge might not seem to be making a huge difference I’m going to keep going. Because I know it takes time for the benefits to kick in.
In saying that, I’m feeling great. I don’t nap at all during the day, I don’t even feel the need to.
Today it was my first day back into boxing with my local gym opening back up. Usually I’d feel really sluggish and tire out after 5 – 10 minutes of intense work especially after the break period but this time it was like I had never taken a break!
I felt my normal self, probably able to go a few rounds in the ring without getting too tired.
Surprisingly I’ve kept my muscle on even though I’ve done little gym work this last month. Makes me think if there’s a difference between organic protein that you find in fruits, nuts and veggies compared to proteins that are processed in the form of a powder or bar.
Overall a good day. We’re almost into the third week which is where the magic happened last time I tried this diet.
